Looking for an activity that truly tests your team's dynamics? Ride & Lead is not a simple bike ride, but a real simulation of business challenges transferred to an exceptional outdoor setting.
Through a strategic orienteering challenge, participants must collaborate to reach a common goal, where success doesn't depend on pedalling speed, but on the quality of connection between team members.
The Pillars of the Experience:
The format is designed to bring out and strengthen the key skills of every successful team:
- Communication Clarity: Conveying precise information under pressure.
- Mutual Trust: Relying on colleagues' directions and expertise.
- Distributed Leadership: Managing field responsibility and strategy.
- Decision-Making: Solving unexpected situations and choosing the right course in real time.
How the day unfolds:
- Technical Session: Opening briefing on safety, vehicle operation and orientation tools.
- The Challenge: The outdoor challenge. An exclusive dynamic where some members manage the strategic flow while others operate in the field: only perfect coordination will lead to the goal.
- Guided Debriefing: A post-activity analysis session. I can lead it as a facilitator, or make room for the company owner or an external consultant (psychologist/coach) to connect the experience to office dynamics.
- Convivial Moment: A relaxed finale with a tasting or lunch, to celebrate the achievement reached together.
Logistics and Customisation:
- Location: My focus is the Plains of the Doges, but I'm available to scout and organise the event at any location suggested by the company.
- Target: Ideal for groups of 10 or more.
- Equipment: I can coordinate the rental of latest-generation E-bikes (recommended to make the challenge inclusive and focused on strategy, not physical effort) with at least 2 weeks' notice.
- Technical Partner: For complex packages (hotel, transfers, dedicated insurance), the arrangements will be managed in collaboration with my Tour Operator partner.
