1. General Terms of Service

These terms apply exclusively to the guided tour and accompaniment services provided directly by Bozzo Dalmar — Dalmar Bike Tours.

1.1 Bookings

Requests must be received at least 3 days before the tour date. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment (bank transfer) or the corresponding receipt.

1.2 Cancellations and No-Show

The Client may cancel the booking up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. In case of cancellation beyond this deadline, or in case of failure to show up at the departure point (No-Show), no refund is provided.

1.3 Weather

The decision on the feasibility of the tour rests solely with the Guide. In the event of heavy rain or conditions that compromise safety, the Guide may cancel the tour by offering a full refund or, alternatively, a Voucher of equal value valid for 12 months. If bad weather is mild or passing, the tour is considered confirmed.

1.4 Safety and Conduct

The participant acknowledges and accepts that cycling tourism involves inherent risks. The Guide's instructions are mandatory for the safety of oneself and others. Ignoring such instructions constitutes a serious breach of contract; in the event of an accident or dispute, this acceptance will be used as evidence of the participant's negligent conduct.

1.5 Equipment

The use of a protective helmet is mandatory for all participants, without exception.

1.6 Minors

Minors between 14 and 18 years of age are admitted with a signed authorization from parents/guardians. Children under 14 must always be accompanied.

2. Tour Package Disclaimer

For all services described on the website as "All-Inclusive", "Tour Packages" or that involve a combination of multiple services (e.g., accommodation, meals, luggage transport):

2.1 Technical Organization

Dalmar Bike Tours operates exclusively as an operational partner or intermediary. The technical organization and legal responsibility for the package lie with the Partner Tour Operator indicated in the travel program or quote.

2.2 Contract and Conditions

The sale of such packages is subject exclusively to the General Terms and Conditions of the Tour Operator holding the technical direction. The Client is required to review them before booking. Dalmar Bike Tours is not liable for non-compliance or changes attributable to the technical organizer or third-party suppliers (accommodation facilities, transport, etc.).
